Your loyalty card on your customer's phone

Mesa is a loyalty program for local businesses in Puerto Rico. Customers keep their stamp card in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, without downloading any app. Staff stamp it with their phone. And the owner runs campaigns by messaging their Mesa assistant on WhatsApp.
